Canon adds two inch sensor camera and capture a selfie

Canon G7 X will be the Sony RX100 and rival Nikon 1 sensor 1 inch while Powershot N2 with a unique square design support thanks selfie screen capture 180-degree flip.

G7 X is Canon's first camera equipped with an inch sensors. This is capital that Nikon and Sony size is the same used on both cameras and compact mirrorless Nikon 1 respectively and RX100. G7 X's sensor has a resolution of 20.2 megapixel BSI CMOS type processor with the latest Digic 6. The lens comes with a focal range of 24-1000 mm f / 1.8-2.8.
Behind the touch screen is 3 inches in size resolution of 1 million pixels with flexible swivel. Machines capable of Full HD 60p video recording and a built ND filter. Some other features like autofocus system 31 points, shooting speed of 6.5 frames per second, Wi-Fi and NFC.

The second compact model introduced today is the Canon PowerShot N2 with a unique square design. This product is aimed at users like taking selfie and share social networking. Machine with 2.8 inch touch screen 180-degree flip angle and the ability to share data wirelessly to a quick button on the Mobile Device Connect.
PowerShot N2 CMOS sensor resolution of 16.1 megapixels, 8x optical zoom lens with a focal range of 28-224 mm. This model also has Wi-Fi and NFC.
N2 reference selling price of $ 300, up shelves in October.
